The REAL Real Estate Adventure You'll spend 3 of your days touring through the Central Valley and down south along the Pacific Coast. The REAL Real Estate begins on the road to some amazing ocean, mountain and city views that will take your breath away.
The first day will see us travelling towards Uvita, the Whales Tail. You'll tour through a beautiful ocean view home, you'll tour the marina development of Pez Vela and finally a quick stop in Manual Antonio. One of Costa Rica's most visited national Parks.
Second day is an early one. You'll be headed to the city, the central valley, Traffic and congestion is the norm here. The total population for the country is 5 million and 4 milion live in the valley. Highrise condo's and commercial business. San Jose has it all!!! You'll scoot through Escazu and Santa Ana. Where you'll vist selected homes, offering luxury living and all the comforts of North American living standards are met.
Third and Final day will be in Jaco Beach, Condo's to die for and a visit to Los Seunos Golf and Marina. Herradura is a lovely little beach town located 5 min north or Jaco. You'll also visit another lovely little beach town of Hermosa. Most popular for surfing, this fun little town has tons of hotels, cabinas, restruants and bars.
On the Saturday night of your 7 day adventure you will enjoy and evening soiree with lawyers, lenders and past clients. A casual setting with live local entertainment and a little surprise. You will have the opportunity to pick the brains fo people who work in the industy everyday and hear some great sotories from others like yourself who have bourght Real Estate in Costa Rica and how they did it!. How much they love it!!
